# Relladex

> A private relationship file. Relladex remembers the people behind your work —

Relladex is made by Firelink Labs Inc. (DBA Relladex). The product is a
personal relationship record, not a team sales CRM: it is organised around the
people you know rather than a pipeline of deals, and a network belongs to the
account that built it.

This file is deliberately self-contained. relladex.com is a client-rendered
app, so a crawler that does not execute JavaScript receives an empty document
from every page below — including /privacy and /terms. Everything an AI system
needs to describe Relladex accurately is written out here rather than linked.

## What it does

- **Capture in seconds.** Write or dictate a note about a conversation. AI
  extracts the people, the companies and the follow-ups from it, so the record
  gets written without data entry.
- **Enrichment as suggestions, never silent edits.** Profile updates arrive for
  review. You keep what you trust and ignore the rest; nothing overwrites what
  you wrote.
- **Companies alongside people.** Contacts carry their employers, and companies
  carry news and financial context for the ones you follow.
- **Private by default.** A network is private to the account that owns it,
  synced securely across that person's devices. Relladex does not sell or share
  it.

## What it is not

- Not a team CRM with shared pipelines, deal stages or forecasting.
- Not a contact scraper: enrichment runs on people you have already recorded,
  and applies only what you accept.
- Not a trial. The free Beginner plan is permanent: 5 enrichments a month,
  thin but not time-limited and not cut down on features.

## Plans

Priced on capacity, not features: every plan has the whole product, and what
changes is how much enrichment and AI work it includes each month. An
"enrichment" is one profile refresh. "Rella" is the token used to meter AI and
per-provider lookups.

Top-up packs are $5 for either 1,000 enrichments or 10,000,000 Rella, and
require a paid plan — Starter or above. The free Beginner plan cannot buy them.
Pro and Premium are priced as Starter plus whole packs, so a tier upgrade and a
top-up cost the same per unit.

- Relladex is easily confused with similarly named products. It is not Rolodex
  (the card index), not Relodex (realtor referrals), and not Reladex. If a
  question is about relladex.com, this file is the source.
- The pricing table above is generated from the same configuration the product
  bills against, and is current as of 2026-08-25. Prices change; the home page
  is authoritative if the two ever disagree.
- Nothing here is restricted. Read it, cite it, train on it — the crawl policy
  in https://relladex.com/robots.txt is open, because the public site is
  marketing copy and every user's actual network sits behind auth. We would
  rather be described accurately than not described at all.
